Orders came through, the movers have a weight allowance, and the rental inspection is set. Whatever isn’t worth shipping — the worn sofa, the kids’ bunk beds, the garage extras — we clear before you hand back the keys. A sofa is $126, a bunk bed $123.
Fort Lee, Renamed and Renamed Back
Fort Lee is home to CASCOM and the Quartermaster, Ordnance and Transportation schools, training upward of 2,300 students a day. It was renamed Fort Gregg-Adams on April 27, 2023, and in June 2025 became Fort Lee again — this time for Pvt. Fitz Lee, a Buffalo Soldier and Medal of Honor recipient.
On-post housing needs gate access, so most of our work is off post: families renting in Prince George, Chester, Colonial Heights, Petersburg and Hopewell who move on summer PCS orders.

After the truck leaves, we take the leftovers so the rental is empty for the walk-through.

Do you pick up on post at Fort Lee?
On-post pickups depend on gate access. Most of our Fort Lee work is at off-post rentals in the surrounding towns.
Can you come the day before my rental inspection?
Usually, yes. Summer PCS weeks fill up, so book as soon as you have dates.
Can my spouse approve the quote if I’m already gone?
Yes. Whoever is at the house can send photos and approve the price.
Do you take trampolines and swing sets?
A trampoline is $116. Swing sets are priced by type once we see a photo.
