Bulk and brush is free and automatic every other week, set out on trash day during your recycling week. Pieces must be four feet or shorter, and carpet, drywall, bricks, pipes, construction debris, tires without rims, paint and propane tanks are refused. The City charges separately for 24-hour pickup, payable by check or money order, and for each appliance.
Bulky pickup runs through a contractor, one paid request per pile of up to 8 × 4 × 4 feet, with a surcharge per Freon appliance and collection within 14 days. The county’s public-use drop-off areas are for residents only and turn away rental-property waste.
