How the pricing works
Two methods, and you are charged whichever is lower.
Item pricing. Every item has a flat published price. It includes the carry from any floor of any Richmond building, loading, and disposal. There is no stair charge, no walk-up fee, no same-day surcharge and no fuel surcharge.
Truck-fill pricing. For loads too mixed to itemize: quarter $241, three-eighths $338, half $431, five-eighths $513, three-quarters $587, seven-eighths $661, full $732.
The visit minimum is $75. If your items total less than that, the visit is $75 — which is why it is worth clearing everything in one booking rather than two.

How these prices behave in Richmond
The same number applies across the metro: the Fan, Museum District, Church Hill, Oregon Hill, Scott's Addition, Manchester, Northside, Ginter Park, Bellevue, Carytown, the West End, Short Pump, Glen Allen, Midlothian, Bon Air and Chester.
A sofa out of a third-floor Fan rowhouse with a quarter-turn landing is $126. The same sofa out of a Short Pump garage is $126. Access changes how the crew is sent, never what you pay.
A worked example: a Museum District guest room — sleeper sofa $149 + dresser (standard) $126 + bookshelf $72 + area rug (large) $68. The addition: $149 + $126 + $72 + $68 = $415. A three-eighths truck is $338, so if that load fits the tier the quote is $338.

Is this the full Richmond price list?
It covers everything commonly removed from Richmond homes. If an item is not listed, send a photo and you will get a flat price for it before booking.
Do these prices include disposal?
Yes. Every price includes the carry from any floor, loading and disposal. Nothing is added at the end.
Which is cheaper — item pricing or the truck ladder?
Under about five items, item pricing usually. Above that, the truck tier usually. You are automatically quoted whichever is lower.
Are prices higher in the Fan than in Henrico?
No. The list is identical across the metro. There is no stair charge, no walk-up fee and no zone pricing.
What if my total is under $75?
The visit minimum is $75, so that is what the visit costs. Add whatever else you have been meaning to clear while a truck is already at the address.
